Crater Lake

Today we are taking a trip to Crater Lake National Park. On this field trip we are going to look at the lake and learn about the type of volcano that once lived here and the ones that now exist. We are also going to take a look at the Lake's history as well as places to visit around the park.

Hey look there's the entrance sign, we finally made it to Crater Lake National Park!

Isn't Crater Lake beautiful, this is a picture of Crater Lake as seen today. Crater Lake is the deepest lake in the United States at 1,943 feet, and the seventh deepest lake in the world. People travel from all over the world to see the clear blue waters of the lake and walk around the craters rim.
